On Sunday, Roger Federer signed a lifetime contract with the Gerry Weber Open grass court tune-up tournament in Halle, Germany.”Lifetime” means for the rest of his active career, and the tournament director says he’s “convinced” that Roger will be on tour through 2015. (Start your countdown clock now.)
Roger’s feeling good about the blessed union:
“I am delighted.” Federer said. “It feels a bit like I am getting married. I wanted to plan more long-term. I want to build up friendships and I get on really well with Ralf and Gerhard Weber.”
Roger has won the tournament in Halle five times. He’s playing in the singles and doubles (with Yves Allegro) this week. I feel like I have to mention – does this mean that Rog doesn’t think he’ll be playing the French Open final again?
What a coincidence! “Fedophile 4 Life!”
