The star-studded WTA Premier tournament in Rome will be broadcast starting on Thursday on Tennis Channel, but here are some streaming options for those who don’t have TC access and/or are hoping to see Federer play in Portugal and Djokovic perform in Serbia (at the Nole Open, of course!)
The WTA Rome event will be the featured tournament this week at TennisTV. Coverage starts Tuesday. Fees and restrictions apply:

Due to copyright infringement issues, we are not permitted to promote or endorse any of those non-official sites that some of us turn to when the television networks fail us or seemingly arbitrary geographic and/or technological restrictions keep us from watching real, live tennis the way the tennis gods intended. But like gin during prohibition, these oases of addiction do exist for those desperate enough to venture down the dark alleys of the interweb.
TennisTV.com (paid/restricted) and occasionally ESPN3 (used to be ESPN360) are the best official bets, though they do not always show every tournament.
Open for discussion: How do you cope with the deplorable state of tennis broadcasting?
