John Isner was great! Not bad for his first Davis Cup. Especially considering he was on court 10+ hours in a 3 day span. A pity he had to lose that 5 set thriller, but I hope he gained alot of fans. We’re proud of you, Iz!

Yeah, I also think that USA done very well this weekend. Many people thought that it would be easy, but I knew it would be hard. Still, didn’t know how hard. Isner was serving sooo good on Sunday, that it was driving Novak mad and the rest of us who were watching it. Great play, Isner! But, of course, our Novak is the king! So glad he managed to pull it out finally, after all those match points. And the rest of the team was great, too. We in Serbia are all so proud on our guys! Will be extremly hard in Croatia, but, we’ll see. Most important today is that they made it!

although team usa lost, i was so happy for big john who played like 10+ hours of great tennis in his DC debut, singles, last min doubles and singles! talk about stepping up to the plate. his match vs nole showed that isner has lots of heart and fight! i was so impressed with how he handled the occasion. he kept his composure and focus better than novak. it was a nice, historic win for serbia, but team usa played better than most expected. great stuff from the young americans!
