I can't believe I won't see her play again. I was dreaming of a Wimbledon final between Amelie and Venus. I am deeply saddened by this news. I sure hope that some kid out there learn to use the entire court. For the likes of Amelie is almost extinct. Such lovely volleys and amazing backhand. One of her greatest assets is her movement as well. Who can forget her AO 2006 run? I believe it was a 3rd round match against Vaidisova where she committed only 2 errors in the entire match! I think that is a record of some sort. All the best Amelie. Thanks for all the beatiful tennis that you gave us. Have a good next chapter in your life. I will miss Amelie very much.
