But she has history with Tracy Austin. She even mentioned it in her book. During the A0 07 final, Austin basically said (on-air and more than once), that there is no way, absolutly no way Serena could beat Sharapova, she was unfit, out of form, Sharapova was the better player, etc (it was a Sharapova love-fest, you can check it on youtube). Needless to say she was proven wrong and it definitly made Serena more determined. But apparently they are mendng fences because they had another interview today (after the match) and it went along nicely!
