Brooklyn Decker, a.k.a. Mrs. Andy Roddick, was interviewed on ESPN on Thursday for no apparent reason.*
*Apparently there was a reason for Brooklyn’s appearance, though ESPN cut that part out. Brooklyn explained via Twitter:
“Bummed that I went to ESPN to promote an app and they edited that part out to make it look like a tell-all about my relationship. . .It’s unfortunate and slightly embarrassing but what are you gonna do? I guess it was because I was there working for Sports Illustrated haha.”
Hear that, ESPN? Unfortunate and embarrassing!!! (And I’m betting its hard to embarrass a swimsuit model.)
Well, I’ll help a sister out with some free publicity for her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit App.
Gizmodo‘s endorsement: “As close as you’ll get to an official iPhone porn app.” It features photos and video of over 20 swimsuit models and “breathtaking body painting videos.” Visit the iTunes store and buy it for $3.00.
Okay, so when is SI going to wise up and make a Sports Illustrated Shirtless Marat Safin App? Or a Close-Ups of Roger Federer’s Beautiful Hands App? Or a Rafael Nadal Shaking Sweaty Hair in Slow Mo App? Or even a Philipp Kohlschreiber hits one-handed backhands App? A “Choose Your Own Adventure: Gasquet and Pamela take Miami” App? The mind reels. . .
