I think Nadal is approachable! He’s just family oriented and more reserved. That’s good Uncle Toni doesn’t want Rafa to lose his head. As far as marketing, Nike needs to do some ads with both Fed and Nadal like the Nike Street tennis commercial with Pete and Andre.

even if nadal overtakes fed in everything, for me he cant measure up to the worldwide appeal that roger has.maybe if he surpassed the four and a half reign that roger set as the world nos 1 then maybe so, but until then he(nadal) is still for me the second best!

nadal appears to be mysterious first off because imo he cannot effectively communicate in english while federer on the other hand is very good at communicating in different languages which he can be understood and vice versa.secondly, roger is charming and in his aura alone you can easily make him the mr. nice guy while nadal on the other hand is fierce looking which makes others wary of him.so between the two, if i were to choose which one is easy marketable and appears to be so , id choose the one who makes my heart flutter rather than the one who makes me wanna hide in my closet.

Rafa is approachable; however is a young man who grew up in a culture which he embraces and doesn’t need to follow what others think he should do or be. Good for him. Strong young man. I admire him greatly.

I think Rafa is very approachable too, but he’s very reserved about his personal life.
Maybe they say that because he doesn’t like parties and that kind of things. I prefer him being that way though.
